What the calculator collects
Nothing. Every figure you type or slide — savings, spending, the withdrawal rate, the reflection answers — is processed locally in your browser and never transmitted to a server. Close the tab and it’s gone. There is no account, no login, and no saved profile, by design.
Analytics
This site may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand roughly how many people visit which pages. That data is anonymous and never tied to the values you enter in the calculator. If detailed analytics are ever added, this page will describe them specifically before they go live.
Advertising
The site is intended to carry clearly-labelled display advertising, placed only above the tool and after a complete result. When advertising is active, the ad provider (Google AdSense) may use cookies to serve and measure ads, as is standard for display advertising on the web. You can manage ad personalization through your Google account settings and your browser’s cookie controls. Until advertising is active, the slots are inert placeholders and set no advertising cookies.
What this site will never do
- Sell or share the numbers you enter — it never receives them in the first place.
- Build a profile of you for lead generation or resale.
- Use exit-intent tracking, session recording, or dark-pattern retention tricks.
